Policy Objectives

Management Responsibilities

Senior management at Removal To has overall responsibility for implementing this Health and Safety policy and ensuring that effective arrangements are in place. Management will ensure that appropriate resources are allocated for safety measures, training and equipment. Managers and supervisors are responsible for communicating safety procedures, leading by example, monitoring standards on site and taking prompt action to address unsafe conditions or practices. They will also ensure that all work is properly planned, that risk assessments are completed where required, and that staff understand their roles and responsibilities.

Employee Responsibilities

All employees, including temporary staff and contractors working on behalf of Removal To, share responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment. Staff are required to take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions. Information, Instruction and Training
